I started CrossFit in 2016 while living in Germany. Before becoming a full-time coach, I worked for 10 years as a physics lab technician. While I enjoyed the science behind it, I realized my true passion was working with people and helping others improve their lives through fitness.

I never had a serious athletic background growing up, so CrossFit completely changed how I viewed myself and what I was capable of. What started as a way to lose weight quickly became a passion for becoming stronger, more skilled, and more confident. Within my first year, I started competing and later began coaching part-time in 2018.

Over the years, I developed a strong passion for gymnastics, movement quality, and Olympic lifting. In 2020, I joined a German Olympic Weightlifting team to continue growing as both an athlete and coach. By 2022, I became a full-time CrossFit coach focused on helping athletes of all levels reach their goals.

Because everything I’ve accomplished was built through hard work and consistency, I understand how challenging progress can feel. My coaching style focuses on meeting athletes where they are and helping them find the approach that works best for them as individuals.

I especially love working with kids and teens because I believe learning proper movement and healthy habits at a young age can positively impact their entire lives. I feel honored to help build a strong foundation and confidence they can carry with them for years to come.

Outside the gym, I’m a mom and military spouse. My family and I moved from Germany to New Jersey in September 2025, and I’ve loved exploring American culture, building community, and helping athletes of all ages grow stronger and more confident.
